Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information CalcEagle (calceagle.com) collects, how it is used and the choices you have. Effective date: October 14, 2026.
Calculator inputs stay on your device
Our calculators run in your web browser. The numbers and dates you type are processed on your device and are not sent to our server. We do not store your calculator inputs or results. The Copy and Share buttons only share what you choose to share.
Cookies
Public pages of CalcEagle do not set cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only when you submit the contact form (to protect it from forged submissions) and for staff who sign in to the admin area.
Information we receive
- Contact form. If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. We use them only to respond and to improve the site, and we delete messages when they are no longer needed. To limit spam, we store a one-way, scrambled version of your IP address, not the address itself.
- Server and security logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider and our network provider, Cloudflare, process technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Analytics and advertising
CalcEagle does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics (for example, Google Analytics) or advertising in the future, we will update this policy before enabling it and describe the choices available to you.
Offline use and the installable app
If you install CalcEagle or use it offline, your browser keeps copies of pages and calculator files on your device so they work without a connection. This data stays in your browser. You can remove it at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Children
CalcEagle is a general-audience website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access or delete a message you sent us by contacting us. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional privacy rights; we will honor applicable requests.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
